EXHAUST HOODS.
Food Premises exhaust canopy hoods, electrostatic precipitators, Odour Control, Ozone Generator.
Commercial kitchen exhaust hoods have been designed according to the BCA and the relevant Australian Standards:
- AS 1668.2 Ventilation design for indoor air contaminant control
- AS 1530.1 Methods for fire tests on building materials, components and structures - Combustibility test for materials.
There two types of standard hood with heights to accommodate the kitchen dimensions.
We can also supply Island and Dishwasher hoods.
The hoods have an inlet for the make-up air.
The make-up air will reduce the air being taken from the cold/hot premises air conditioning.
Using the electrostatic air cleaners, the exhausted air is re-circulated into the kitchen hood.
Type HDS kitchen exhaust hoods can be installed into a kitchen with a height of 2700 mm or more.
