• The V form panel filter is a washable dry media unit, suitable for use in small Airconditioning and ventilation units.

• V form panel filters made up into banks to suit any given air capacity by bolting the holding frames together.

• The V form filter is available in 50mm, 100mm and 150mm thick.

• Special sizes made upon request.

• The panel filter media used is a high performance non-woven of break-resistant synthetic fibres stuck to a galvanised mesh for added strength, surrounded by a metal frame.

• Our disposable V-Form filters are produced with durability in mind, therefore we choose to use quality BHP Galvabond channel combined with Australian made air filtration media.

• Standard V-form filters in 45mm and 95mm channel, although we are only too happy to construct V-Form filters to suit any size requirements.

• Large sized filters are constructed using internal, strengthened channel.
   

• Washable Permanent aluminium wire mesh filters

• Made from aluminium mesh with a heavy duty galvanised steel frame construction, these filters are designed to suit both domestic and commercial applications.

• Frames can be made to any size that you require and we also construct them with drain holes.

• We are also able to offer a full aluminium type which has expanded aluminium retainers and frame.

  Through fast and efficient servicing of this filter, it allows for the reduction in future maintenance costs.

• This filter has been designed so that the media is the only replacement item contained in it.

• To replace this, the frame remains where it is and is simply unclipped, allowing for easy media replacement.
  Media can be purchased pre-cut to the correct size of the frame, or alternatively, by the roll which allows you to cut the media to size as required.

• You will note that the gate, which sits in the filter, prevents the dislodging of media whilst the filter is in operation.
