The electronic air cleaning units are fully designed and manufactured in Australia.

They are an effective way of reducing industrial and commercial pollution, producing a safer, healthier and more pleasant working environment, with the added benefit of low energy running costs. 

Tests on filtration efficiency results on No.1 dust is not less than 91%.

The electronic air cleaning system that captures the air borne fumes/particles generated during commercial and industrial processes, collects the fumes/particles from the air stream and returns the clean air back into the work space.

The system is specially designed to clear particles in the air that are inhaled and not necessarily expelled from the body.

The electronic air cleaning system can be tailored to control polluted air.

Some applications include welding fumes, grinding residues, oil mists, cooking smoke and machine emissions.

The electronic air cleaning unit is the only electronic air cleaner housed in durable stainless steel.

The electronic air cleaning unit can be inserted into existing extraction and air- conditioning systems as stand alone filters comprising the following sections.

Traditionally cooking smoke and cooking odours were exhausted through the roof to atmosphere.
In our modern high-rise city living this can no longer happen.

This is where the "Cleanair precipitator plus carbon" will take out the smoke and the odour, which then allows the operators to discharge horizontally through windows etc.

The difference this makes, as traditionally they would have had to discharge through the roof
in what could possibly be a high-rise building at a massive cost which may have been
prohibitive they now have an alternative.

The size of the canopy will determine the size of the "Cleanair mucksucker air cleaner" .

These can be set up in several different modules according to area available. 
The discharge would always be to atmosphere as there is hot air involved which can not be
ducted back into the work place.

In almost every case, carbon filters are fitted after the electrostatic filters for the removal of odours.

All this equipment is made from stainless steel, as it is compatible with the stainless steel
canopy and also for cleaning purposes.

SERVICING

After a unit is installed/commissioned we engage the owner/operator in a service agreement. 

The service is carried out at 3-monthly intervals depending on the work load of the unit, if the units gets heavy usage then this period to service is shorter.

We have an experienced team of service people available to clean and replace parts as required.

SECTION 1 Pre-filter section used to house slide in filters for the removal of large particles such as fibres etc.
SECTION 2 An Ionizing cell which charges the air stream with 12kv - DC and causes particulate matter in the air stream to be drawn to and collect on to earth potential plates.
SECTION 3 Collecting cells, which are charged at 6kv - DC with every second plate earth potential, which collects the particulate matter.
SECTION 4 A deep bed carbon cell, which is designed to absorb the odour component of the contaminants is fitted directly after the electronic air cleaning unit which removes grease and dirt from the air stream, does not then expose the carbon cell to these contaminants thus increasing its life dramatically.   Replace activated carbon granules every 3 to 4 years, with an electronic air cleaner. Without the electronic air cleaner you may need to change the activated carbon granules every 3 to 6 months.     SELF CONTAINED UNITS  -  ALL HAVE FANS

SECTION 5

A fan unit, which is often built into the cabinet but may be mounted separately depending on specific operations.
By fitting a electronic air cleaning unit, the smoke and odours are removed and air discharges do not have to exit via the roof as this is sometimes impossible to reach, especially in cooking applications in the inner city areas.
A visible set of operating lights alerts the operator when these items require servicing/cleaning.
