Clean Air services Pty. Ltd. operates a commercial grease filter exchange service.
The service can assist in meeting general maintenance, Insurance and Health department requirements.
Depending on the volume and type of cooking, commercial kitchen canopies quickly accumulate oil, grease and charcoal build up and require regular cleaning to comply with Insurance and Health department requirements.
The kitchen canopy grease filters will need servicing in different cycles.
Charcoal grills and/or wok cooking require a more frequent service to maintain their efficiency.

Air-conditioning filter cleaning cycles will depend on environmental situations and setup of the air conditioning system. Systems setup with the return air located close to other extraction equipment or supplying return air from the ceiling space will require a higher level of servicing.

Four peak bag filters are low cost, general-purpose air filters, they are suited to a variety of applications requiring high capacity and intermediate efficiency and better performance than roll type or metal viscous filters. Cone & Cube deep bed bag filters are general-purpose filters for high efficiency and long duty cycles. Multi peak deep bed filters are general-purpose filters where medium to high efficiency is required, providing excellent dust holding capacity. Washable V-Form Panel Filters The V form panel filter is a washable dry media unit, suitable for use in small air conditioning and ventilation units. V form panel filters made up into banks to suit any given air capacity by bolting the holding frames together. The V form panel filter is available in 50mm, 100mm and 150mm thick. Special sizes made upon request. The filter media used is a high performance non-woven of break-resistant synthetic fibres stuck to a galvanised mesh for added strength, surrounded by a metal frame. Dirty Cleaned Disposable V-Form Panel Filter Our disposable V-Form filters are produced with durability in mind, therefore we choose to use quality BHP Galvabond channel combined with Australian made air filtration media. Standard V-form filters in 45mm and 95mm channel, although we are only too happy to construct V-Form filters to suit any size requirements. Large sized filters are constructed using internal, strengthened channel. Washable Permanent Wire Mesh Filters Made from aluminium mesh with a heavy duty galvanised steel frame construction, these filters are designed to suit both domestic and commercial applications. Frames can be made to any size that you require and we also construct them with drain holes. We are also able to offer a full aluminium type which has expanded aluminium retainers and frame. Flat Panel Filter Available in either 20mm, 25mm or 45mm. Comprising of .75mm galvabond channel and 1.25mm welded wire mesh including your choice of media rated from G4 to F5. Available in any size required. Re-loadable Panel Filter • Easily assembled • Standard galvanised frame in depths of either 20, 25 or 50mm • Fixed frame system that is available in any size • No holding frame is required • Only replacement item on the filter is the media • G3-F4 classification • Stainless steel available – ideal for food manufacturers • Powder coating available when required • Fibreglass mist eliminator pads available on request – ideal for high mist or steam environments Through fast and efficient servicing of this filter, it allows for the reduction in future maintenance costs. This panel filter has been designed so that the media is the only replacement item contained in it. To replace this, the frame remains where it is and is simply unclipped, allowing for easy media replacement. Media can be purchased pre-cut to the correct size of the frame, or alternatively, by the roll which allows you to cut the media to size as required. You will note that the gate, which sits in the filter, prevents the dislodging of media whilst the filter is in operation.
